I just read this article that I wanted to share. I still am not sure if there is ANY value or validity to this information at all, but it’s something to consider anyway. I don’t see any sort of link as to why this would cause an issue, other than they say the protein reacts the same. There has to be more information than that for me to believe it, but I’m going to try for a couple of weeks to go without coffee and see how I feel. I may believe there is some sort of link if I feel any differently after being ‘off’ it for awhile.
